My name is Rotem Bennet, I live in Haarlem with my wonderful family and I am a proud and passionate Professional Baker, and graduate of the prestigious Cordon Bleu courses in Paris, France. I truly bake with my heart and soul and every cake comes from a true love for what I do, down to the very smallest details of my work.
